Innovative Powertrains
Under the hood, the 2025 Ram 1500 offers new powertrain options, like the 3.0-liter Hurricane with 420 horsepower and 469 pound-feet of torque or the available High-Output 3.0-liter Hurricane with 540 horsepower and 521 pound-feet of torque. In addition, both Hurricane engines are lighter than the outgoing 5.7-liter HEMI® V8, allowing for better weight distribution between the front and rear of the truck.
